So obviously spring is in the air here in Minnesota, people are getting out of their caves and enjoying the fresh air. So I see it as an opportunity to start playing some spring football. So I'm offering up the idea for some inner city league play. I personally live down in Bloomington and we have a nice athletic area call Dred Scott Field which has its own football field. My Idea is that we get a couple of guys to head up teams of 5 or more players in their local areas and every other week travels to another teams location. Depending how many people is up for a inner league thing will determine how many times we play each other. Then we could set it up for like a championship game. If a team can't come up with enough players to play then we just consider it a bye week, and just rotate the schedule.
So it would be optimal to probably be able to come up with at least 4 teams to make this thing happen. So if intrested hit me up via email. raymond.kidd@live.com If you have some alternative ideas feel free to let me know, I'm open to any ideals.
